Newly expectant patients can complete a self-referral into local maternity services.
Follow the link below to register for a My Pregnancy Notes account. When it asks you to select a hospital look for Royal Stoke University Hospital.
Once you have completed your referral your midwife will be in contact at around 8 weeks into your pregnancy to arrange your first appointment.
Registering for My Pregnancy Notes online will give you the ability to record your preferences for your pregnancy, see your care pathway and planned appointments, and access your notes and clinical record.
Alternatively, patients can self-refer by calling 01782 672181 and leaving a message with the community midwifery team.
If you have any concerns over your baby’s or your own health, it is important to contact the Maternity Assessment Unit (MAU).
The MAU is open 24/7. You can call the MAU on 01782 672300.
There is a wide range of support available both during and after your pregnancy.
Head to the University Hospitals of North Midlands website for more information.
